Job Description

Due to continued growth, new contracts and an extensive pipeline of work, one of Irelands top Property Developers are hiring a Contracts Manager. This Developer deliversGrade A Office, Industrial/Logistics, Healthcare, Data Centre and Retail property.This is a full- time position based out of the Corkoffice . Duties: Manage and organise the project teams (Design team & Main/Contractors) to deliver the client needs and contracted scope of works by providing guidance and direction Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded from design stage to project completion and post-handover To ensure contract programmes are developed, reviewed and updated in accordance with the contract requirements. To ensure that the project works are planned and scheduled at an appropriate level of detail. To ensure programme information is communicated to the project team Ensure appropriate communication and coordination of the project design and delivery. Chair regular project team meetings, ensuring actions are recorded and closed out Ensure the project requirements are identified, understood and delivered to highest quality. Identify issues and ensure they are resolved in a controlled and timely manner. Ensure all projects comply with relevant regulations, standards, and best practices. Ensure all projects comply with any planning conditions, fire cert and disability access requirements Instruct M&E Consultants to lodge utility applications and ensure they are delivered in a timely manner Manage the implementation of the relevant environmental accreditations required i.e. LEED/BREEAM & EU Taxonomy. Ensuring costs are managed and controlled in line with the forecast. Ensure the project team works to progressively complete handover documentation complying with the contracted completion requirements for the Client. Build and maintain relationships with statutory bodies and utility companies. Requirements: Full clean drivers license essential. A relevant qualification is desirable. Experience with UK or Irish projects preferred Experience with structures, buildings, and general civils Confident, motivated and can work independently as well as part of a team. Ability to work under pressure with strict deadlines. Time management abilities to meet targets. Good communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
