They work on projects of national and international importance in traditional, design & build, and other formats.Due to growth and expansion, a ‘Contracts Manager’ is needed to oversee projects in the public and private sectors across Dublin & Leinster.Contracts Manager Responsibilities:Several years of site/project management experience, with five years at Contracts/Project Manager level.Full responsibility for successful project delivery in terms of time scale and commercial aspects, managing typically three projects concurrently.Effective motivational attributes, proven managerial skills, and strong commercial awareness are essential.Track record of safe and efficient project delivery.Drive to be part of the senior management team with clear promotional prospects based on performance.Would suit existing Contracts Managers seeking a move or experienced Project Managers eager for progression.
