Job Description
Highly experienced Contracts Manager sought to oversee projects in the public and private sectors across Dublin & Leinster, with a strong track record of safe and efficient project delivery.
Leading Tier 1 main contractor engaged in commercial, educational, industrial, pharmaceutical, life science, and residential projects up to a value of €300m+.
Responsibilities:
- Several years of site/project management experience, with five years at Contracts/Project Manager level.
- Full responsibility for successful project delivery in terms of time scale and commercial aspects, managing typically three projects concurrently.
- Effective motivational attributes, proven managerial skills, and strong commercial awareness are essential.
- Drive to be part of the senior management team with clear promotional prospects based on performance.
Would suit existing Contracts Managers seeking a move or experienced Project Managers eager for progression. Also suitable for candidates returning home from the UK or overseas.
