Our client, a leading Irish Contractor, undertakes projects across various sectors, including Civil, Residential, Data Centres, and more. They are seeking a Contracts Manager to take overall responsibility for delivering projects in Cork.
- Manage projects from tender stage to construction and handover
- Lead project construction teams to ensure works are carried out to required quality, Health & Safety, and environmental standards
- Prepare Project Execution Plan, including Contracting Strategy, Programme, Budget, and risks mitigation plan
- Communicate effectively with clients and design teams
Requirements:
- Degree in Engineering/Construction related discipline
- 5+ years of experience in a similar role on large scale buildings/civils projects
- Proven experience as a Project Manager running large scale projects
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills
Package: Salary €90k - €110 K negotiable dependent on experience.
