Seeking experienced Contracts Manager to lead project delivery in Cork City, with a focus on quality, safety, and budget control.
Our client is a leading Irish Contractor undertaking projects across various sectors, including Civil, Residential, Data Centres, and more.
As a Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for managing projects from tender stage to construction and handover, providing leadership to the project construction team, and ensuring works are carried out to required quality, Health & Safety, and environmental standards.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing projects from tender stage through to construction and handover
- Providing leadership to the project construction team
- Ensuring works are carried out to required quality, Health & Safety, and environmental standards
- Preparing the Project Execution Plan, including Contracting Strategy, Programme, Budget, and risks mitigation plan
- Communicating effectively with both client and design team
Requirements:
- Degree in Engineering/Construction related discipline
- 5+ years of experience in a similar role on large scale buildings/civils projects
- Proven experience as a Project Manager running large scale projects
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills
Package: Salary €90k - €110 K and negotiable dependent on experience.
