Job Description
A Contracts Manager is needed to oversee projects in Dublin & Leinster for a leading Tier 1 main contractor. The successful candidate will have several years of site/project management experience, effective motivational attributes, and strong commercial awareness. Responsibilities include managing multiple projects, ensuring safe and efficient delivery, and driving commercial aspects. This role is ideal for existing Contracts Managers or experienced Project Managers looking for progression, or those returning from the UK or overseas.
- Several years of site/project management experience, with at least 5 years at Contracts/Project Manager level.
- Effective motivational attributes and strong commercial awareness.
- Proven managerial skills and a track record of safe & efficient project delivery.
- Drive to be part of the senior management team with promotion prospects based on performance.
