Experienced Contracts Manager required for leading Tier 1 main contractor in Dublin & Leinster.
Manage multiple projects, worth up to €300m+, across commercial, educational, industrial, pharmaceutical, life science, and residential sectors.
Key responsibilities:
- Successful project delivery within time scale and commercial aspects
- Manage a team of three projects concurrently
- Effective motivational attributes, proven managerial skills, and strong commercial awareness
- Drive to be part of the senior management team with promotion prospects based on performance
