Job Description

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing multiple projects, building relationships with clients and stakeholders, and driving business growth.

• Manage multiple projects in urban and rural environments, with a focus on commercial acumen and stakeholder management.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, client representatives, and other stakeholders.
• Develop and implement project plans, budgets, and schedules.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project delivery and stakeholder satisfaction.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, and develop contingency plans as needed.
• Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, subcontractors, and other external partners.

Requirements

• Full clean driver's license.
• Minimum level 8 degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
• 10 years of total experience, with 5 years in Ireland.
• Experience working with stakeholders such as Irish Water and ESB.
• Experience with public works contracts and large civils projects.
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to manage budgets and finances.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
