Seeking experienced Contracts Manager to lead project delivery and drive commercial success in a Tier 1 main contractor with a strong presence in datacentre, biopharma, and commercial construction sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple projects concurrently, ensuring timely and commercial success.
- Develop and implement effective project plans, budgets, and schedules.
- Lead and motivate project teams to achieve project goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and mitigate risks, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire project teams.
