Job Description
Due to continued growth and an extensive pipeline of work, we are seeking a highly skilled Contracts Manager to join our team in Dublin. This is a full-time position based in our head office, requiring a strong commercial focus and excellent communication skills.
- Manage multiple projects across urban and rural environments, with a focus on urban environments.
- Report directly to the Managing Director and provide regular updates on project status and progress.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and other third-party providers.
- Review and analyze project costs, claims, and narratives to ensure accurate and efficient project delivery.
- Collaborate with designers and engineers to develop and review project designs, with a focus on value engineering and efficient design.
- Develop and implement effective project management strategies to drive business growth and improve efficiency.
- Lead and manage a team of professionals, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities.
- Liaise and coordinate with multiple stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams.
Requirements
- Full clean driving license essential.
- Minimum level 8 degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
- 10 years total experience, with 5 years in Ireland.
- Experience working with stakeholders such as Irish Water and ESB.
- Experience with public works contracts and large civils projects desirable.
- Strong commercial focus, excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage time effectively.
