Job Description
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing multiple projects, building relationships with clients and stakeholders, and driving business growth.
- Manage multiple projects in urban and rural environments, with a focus on commercial acumen and stakeholder management.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, client representatives, and other stakeholders.
- Develop and implement project plans, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, and develop contingency plans as needed.
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, subcontractors, and other external partners.
- Manage project finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
Requirements
- Full clean driver's license.
- Minimum level 8 degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
- 10 years of total experience, with 5 years in Ireland.
- Experience dealing with stakeholders such as Irish Water and ESB.
- Experience with public works contracts and large civils projects.
- Confident, motivated, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to work under pressure with strict deadlines.
- Good communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Integrity and respect for confidentiality and privacy.
