Experienced Contracts Manager required to oversee multiple projects in the greater Dublin Area, with a strong background in mechanical contracts management and a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
Our client, a leading M&E Contractor, is seeking a skilled Contracts Manager to join their team. With a strong focus on healthcare and commercial projects, the ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the industry and a proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Duties:
- Full responsibility for the successful delivery of multiple projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget.
- Implement the company's Cost & Value Management procedures, producing accurate and timely commercial reports for senior management.
- Work closely with directors and site managers to identify potential risks and issues, and develop strategies for resolution.
- Issue monthly progress reports for senior management, providing a clear overview of project status.
Requirements:
- Degree qualified or a strong trade background in mechanical engineering.
- 8+ years of experience working with M&E Contractors in Ireland or the UK.
- Proven track record of managing M&E projects, with a strong understanding of health and safety protocols.
- Strong IT skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software.
- Fluent English language skills, with eligibility to work in Ireland.
