Role Overview: Vickerstock are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior Contract Manager to join the team in Dublin. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing large-scale construction contracts, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. Key Responsibilities: Oversee all aspects of contract administration, from pre-award to post-completion, ensuring compliance with terms and conditions. Manage project budgets, including cost forecasting and reporting, to ensure financial targets are met. Identify and mitigate potential risks throughout the project lifecycle. Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded. Work closely with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery. Ensure all projects comply with relevant regulations, standards, and best practices. Prepare and present regular reports on project status, financial performance, and risk assessments. Qualifications and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field. A Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, RICS) is a plus. Minimum of 5 years' experience in contract management within the construction industry, preferably with a top-tier contractor. Strong understanding of construction contracts, excellent negotiation skills, and proficiency in contract management software. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities. A keen eye for detail and a strategic mindset.
