We are currently recruiting for a Contracts Manager to join our client, overseeing multiple projects across the western region. It offers the opportunity to thrive in an inspiring workplace that prioritises employee growth and development.As a Contracts Manager, you will play a crucial role in the senior management team, with clear career advancement opportunities.Key ResponsibilitiesTake full ownership of projects, driving performance and developing comprehensive plans for successful completion.Lead project teams, identifying risks and constraints, and taking timely action to ensure smooth workflow.Plan, organise, and direct activities to ensure optimal project delivery.Conduct regular programme evaluations and manage client and design team expectations.Manage resources, including workforce, subcontractors, equipment, and materials, to ensure timely and efficient project completion.Collaborate with subcontractors, engineers, architects, and technical assessors to ensure project delivery aligns with programme and contractual requirements.Ensure all project activities comply with company Quality Systems, Quality Procedures, and Engineering Specifications.Meet key objectives for timely delivery, cost management, quality, and client satisfaction.Uphold the highest standards of Health & Safety and Quality throughout all project phases.Maintain strong working relationships with clients, design teams, and internal office teams.Qualifications, Skills & Experience5+ years’ experience in a Contracts Manager role within the construction sector.Proven experience in delivering large-scale construction projects.3rd level qualification in Construction Management or Civil Engineering.Strong track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to specification.In-depth knowledge of quality and safety management systems.Excellent leadership and people management skills, with a focus on team motivation and performance.Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven.Proficient in IT, with the ability to generate detailed site reports.Strong ability to manage projects to strict deadlines.Comprehensive understanding of Health & Safety requirements within Irish construction sites.Full Irish driving licence.What's OfferedCompetitive salary.Talent development programmes.Inclusive and supportive work culture.Funded Continuous Professional Development (CPD) opportunities.A commitment to employee growth and investment in staff.A long-standing Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) programme, fostering a “giving-back” culture.Performance-based bonus scheme.Does it sound like you?
