Responsibilities: Take ownership of projects, drive performance, and develop plans for successful completion. Lead the team by identifying risks and constraints and take appropriate action to ensure continuous workflow. Plan, organize, and direct activities to ensure optimum delivery of projects. Regularly evaluate programmes and manage client and design teams' expectations. Manage resources, workforce, subcontractors, equipment, and materials. Collaborate with subcontractors, engineers, architects, and technical assessors to ensure project completion in accordance with programmes/contracts. Ensure compliance with the company's Quality System, Quality Procedures, and Engineering Specifications. Achieve objectives related to timely delivery, cost, quality, and client satisfaction. Uphold the highest standards of Health & Safety and Quality. Maintain strong working relationships with clients, design teams, and office staff. Qualifications, Skills & Experience: 5+ years of experience in a Contracts Manager role within construction. Proven experience delivering large-scale construction projects. Third-level qualification in Construction Management or Civil Engineering. Proven track record of delivering projects within budget and to specification. Comprehensive knowledge of quality and safety management systems. Excellent leadership and people management skills. Self-motivated and driven. Good IT skills with the ability to generate detailed site reports. Ability to drive projects and meet strict deadlines. Strong understanding of Health & Safety requirements on Irish construction sites. Full Irish driving license. Skills: Contracts Manager construction
