Experienced civil/geotechnical engineer with management and business development skills sought to oversee the day-to-day operation of a leading international operator in the Irish market.

Leading €multi-billion international operator specializing in piling, vibro & dynamic compaction, soil stabilization & other innovative ground improvement techniques.
Projects include national infrastructure associated with motorway, rail & aviation, converting 'green & brown-field' sites into 'shovel-ready' developments for retail distribution centers, logistical parks & high-density residential developments.
Key responsibilities:
- Business development and promotion of the company and its engineering solutions.
- Provide technical and commercial guidance to engineers and site staff as necessary.
- Oversee projects and ensure safe and efficient delivery.
- Represent and contribute at civil engineering and technical seminars.
Requirements:
- Third level qualification in civil engineering or similar.
- Several years' experience in a construction/civil engineering environment.
- Strong understanding of design from first principles including but not limited to ground improvement, foundation behavior, retaining structures, and slope stability assessments.
- Knowledge of management, procurement, supervision, and interpretation of ground investigations.
Draw on construction & civil engineering networks to reach expansion plans, implementing a business development strategy nationally.
