Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion, budget adherence, and quality standards.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Contract Manager. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation and service of corporate new builds and renovations. Your expertise will be instrumental in shaping the future of corporate spaces.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with clients and design teams to finalise design and specification details.
  • Liaise with production, purchasing, and drawing departments to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Manage multiple product installations simultaneously.
  • Prepare site surveys, drawings, and notes required for projects.
  • Ensure clients sign off on all drawings and variations.
  • Manage projects with commercial awareness, ensuring early recognition of deadlines and claims for variations.
  • Order and procure stock as required.
  • Procure labour either internally or externally.
  • Communicate with site teams regarding programme and delivery.
  • Visit sites prior to and during installation to ensure contracts are being carried out as per agreement.
  • Check and sign-off installations completed by the company.
  • Manage the valuation and invoicing process for all projects.
  • Provide post-contract assistance to accounts staff to ensure accounts are paid in full first time.
  • Support and manage site staff, ensuring they have the resources to do a professional job.

Requirements:

  • Experience dealing with Main & Sub Construction contractors.
  • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • 5+ years of Contracts Management background.
