Contracts Manager Job Description
Seeking experienced Contracts Manager to lead projects for ESB and Irish Water, with a focus on urban environments, commercial acumen, and stakeholder relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple projects in urban and rural environments, prioritizing commercial considerations and stakeholder engagement.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and third-party providers.
- Review and create detailed project plans, including cost estimates and claims narratives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project success and improve business processes.
- Liaise with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure seamless project delivery.
Requirements:
- Full clean driving license essential.
- Relevant qualification desirable.
- Experience with UK or Irish Water Standards, ESB frameworks, and civil engineering projects.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on time management and meeting targets.
