Contracts Manager Job Description
Seeking experienced Contracts Manager to lead projects for ESB and Irish Water, with a focus on urban environments, commercial acumen, and team management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple projects in urban and rural environments, prioritizing commercial viability and cost control.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and suppliers.
- Review and create detailed designs, value engineering, and efficient design solutions.
- Prepare and communicate project reports, status updates, and guidance to stakeholders.
- Lead and motivate a team, fostering a culture of efficiency, effectiveness, and motivation.
- Liaise with multiple stakeholders, including staff, departments, clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
Requirements:
- Full clean driver's license essential.
- Relevant qualification desirable.
- Experience with UK or Irish Water Standards, ESB frameworks, and water or power industry structures.
- Strong commercial acumen, time management, and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and maintain confidentiality.
