Key Responsibilities: Manage and oversee all contracts for residential projects, ensuring timely delivery and budgetary control. Coordinate with project managers and site teams to resolve any issues and ensure smooth execution of contracts. Ensure all contractual obligations are met, mitigating risks and handling variations where necessary. Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on project and contract status. Requirements: Degree in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or a related field. Extensive experience managing contracts for large-scale residential projects. Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills. Proven ability to deliver projects on time and within budget. Proficient in contract management software and tools.
