Position Overview:We are seeking a highly skilled Controls Commissioning Engineer to join our team. This exciting role involves commissioning and overseeing the installation of control systems and equipment at customer sites, ensuring they function correctly and produce the expected results. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with Project Managers and Operations Manager to ensure timely project handover to customers. Coordinate testing and commissioning activities, providing advice on procedures and documentation. Identify issues with existing electrical monitoring systems and suggest improvements. Produce or assist in the production of all test and commissioning documentation. Undertake testing and commissioning activities per site requirements. Monitor progress, record test results, witness final testing, and compile documentation for site test dossiers. Ensure the safe testing and commissioning of installations to achieve necessary plant performance. Travel to customer sites is required, including international travel on a project-by-project basis. Participate in on-call rosters for out-of-hours calls and site visits during evenings and weekends. Train and build competence among global service partners as required. Qualifications and Skills: Electrical qualification required. Minimum of 2 years’ experience in the installation, commissioning, repair, and servicing of Electrical Monitoring or Control systems (EMS/BMS). Excellent technical understanding of energy monitoring systems and associated communication protocols. Strong attention to detail and ability to work under strict deadlines. Knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems. Clean passport for international travel. Customer-facing experience with excellent communication and customer service skills. Strong mathematical and technical skills. Highly organized, able to manage and prioritize multiple projects. Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Ability to impart product training to regional partners. Full driving license required as company van included in package. Key Behaviors: High level of professional judgment and customer focus.
