Description Controls Engineer Team Horizon is seeking a Controls Engineer for a leading manufacturing company in Mayo. The company is looking for someone who has experience in a manufacturing/pharma setting. They need to have experience with PLC’s, Robotics, and automated systems. The role is shift work, and we have two open positions. What you will be doing: Support the operation of automated equipment by carrying out fault diagnosis and identification in conjunction/collaboration with the maintenance technician team, including PLC’s, Robotics controllers, PC controllers, Automated instruments, SCADA systems, Data Historians, and Serialization systems. Ensure the functional operation of Floor IT Systems hardware (PC’s, HMI’s). Data analysis of fault issues to support improvements and upgrades. Automation project work as required outside the primary support function. Identify faults and improvements through data analysis and be able to work with a variety of PLC systems. All other duties as requested or assigned. What you need to apply: Electrical, Electronic, or Control Systems Engineering qualification or equivalent. Other Engineering qualifications with suitable training and experience in the above systems. Electrician/Instrumentation/Mechatronics Technician with suitable training and experience in the above systems. #J-18808-Ljbffr
