Job Title: Construction Project Manager Salary: 65k-85k Location: Dublin Job Overview: Plan, manage, and oversee all stages of construction projects. Ensure projects meet client expectations and stay on time and within budget. Work closely with architects, engineers, and contractors to keep everything on track. Handle procurement, budgeting, and any project changes. Conduct site inspections to ensure safety and compliance with regulations. Keep communication open with all stakeholders and provide regular updates. Key Responsibilities: Create project plans with timelines and resources. Oversee construction work to ensure it follows the schedule and plans. Select contractors based on their qualifications and costs. Track progress and report key updates to stakeholders. Ensure the project complies with safety and legal standards. Manage all project documents and contracts. Lead meetings to address challenges and ensure project goals are met. Evaluate the project to find areas for improvement and correct issues. Guide and support the project team. Required Skills: Degree in civil engineering, construction management, or a similar field. 3+ years of experience in construction project management. Residential Experience Strong project management and organizational skills. Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints. Leadership and communication skills. Experience with construction management software. Knowledge of sustainable construction practices. Preferred Skills: Certification in project or construction management. Understanding of risk and budget management. Familiarity with local construction regulations. Experience with Building Information Modelling (BIM) software. Knowledge of lean construction principles.
