Job Description

Our client are a busy and expanding practice located in Dublin, dedicated to providing exceptional legal services across various areas, including conveyancing, litigation, probate, wills, family law, and employment law. They are currently looking for an experienced Solicitor to handle a diverse caseload of residential conveyancing. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years experience managing all facets of conveyancing transactions. This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a well-established local firm, supported by a talented team. Key Responsibilities: Oversee all elements of residential conveyancing transactions. Conduct comprehensive title investigations, identify potential risks, and devise solutions for any issues that may arise. Foster strong relationships with clients, ensuring effective communication and representation of their best interests throughout the process. Manage relationships with financial institutions, estate agents, brokers, surveyors, and other third parties to ensure seamless transactions for our clients. Key Requirements: The ideal candidate will possess: A minimum of 3 years of post-qualification experience in conveyancing; experience in probate and wills is a plus. Strong organizational skills, keen attention to detail, and the ability to manage an independent caseload. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build client relationships. The capability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team. A solution-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to representing clients interests. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and legal case management systems.
