Commercial & Conveyancing Solicitor (Limerick OR Wicklow) Role Objective As a Conveyancing Solicitor within the Commercial Team, you will be responsible for handling commercial, conveyancing, property, energy, and land-related transactions, as well as providing general legal services to support and implement the Land Solutions strategy. Terms & Conditions Reporting to: Senior Commercial & Conveyancing Solicitor Location: By Agreement (options include Wicklow, Limerick, or Mullingar office) Contract type: Maternity Cover Responsibilities Processing property acquisitions, sales, and transfers of land and property transactions. Providing timely and accurate legal advice to the Energy, Strategy, Sales, and Acquisition teams within the Commercial division. Preparing transactional documentation, such as contracts, options, leases, easements, licenses, and closing documents. Engaging with external solicitor firms during property transactions. Addressing ad hoc queries of a legal, quasi-legal, or regulatory nature. Supporting the broader Land Solutions team. Advising on a full range of commercial, property title, and conveyancing issues, including title due diligence. Handling the registration and record-keeping of all property transactions. Collaborating with the Title Researcher to maintain up-to-date estate records. Ensuring compliance with internal policies and procedures. Providing legal and regulatory advice, as well as guidance on company law and governance. Supporting the organization in delivering its overall commercial strategy. Desired Technical/Professional Competencies Qualified Solicitor with 2 to 5 years of relevant post-qualification experience, either in a law firm or in-house. Experience in Property and Conveyancing. Experience in Renewable Energy is an advantage. Experience in Commercial matters is also an advantage.
