Job Title: Conveyancing Solicitor (4+ PQE) Location: Dublin 2 - Hybrid/Remote options available Department: Property Reports To: Managing Partner Overview: Our client is an established commercial law firm based in Dublin 2. They are seeking an experienced Conveyancing Solicitor with a minimum of 4 years PQE to join their high-performing team. The successful candidate will manage a diverse portfolio of property transactions, ensuring the highest standards of legal service to their clients. Key Responsibilities: Conveyancing: Handling all aspects of residential and commercial property transactions, including sales, purchases, re-mortgages, transfers of equity, and leasehold matters. Advising clients on legal implications of property transactions, reviewing and drafting contracts, and conducting due diligence. Liaising with estate agents, lenders, and other solicitors to ensure smooth completion of transactions. Client Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong client relationships, delivering exceptional service with clear communication and timely updates. Ensuring compliance with all regulatory and legislative requirements in the fields of property law and probate. Business Development: Supporting the firm's growth by participating in networking events, marketing initiatives, and identifying new business opportunities within the conveyancing and probate areas. Key Requirements: Qualifications: Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 4 years PQE, specialising in Conveyancing Experience: Proven track record of handling both residential and commercial property transactions independently. Strong experience in probate, estate administration, and estate planning a plus Skills: Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously. A client-centric approach with the ability to build and sustain long-term relationships.
