Job Description: Co-ordinator / Planner Administrator

Summary of key responsibilities:
Liaise with customers on scheduling service and validation of hospital equipment
Manage daily call outs to HSE & Private hospital groups
Process daily service orders on Microsoft Dynamics
Generate monthly service reports
Conduct regular reporting processes in line with KPIs
Assist the Sales and Service team
Support correspondence, including post and booking couriers

Key Requirements:
Excellent communication and team working skills
Microsoft Dynamics knowledge and experience an advantage
Competent in Microsoft Suite
Strong time management and attention to detail
Hard-working with critical thinking skills
Ability to work under pressure and multitask
