Job Title: Copywriter/HR Content Writer Location: Dublin Salary: €40,000 with benefits Job Purpose: We are looking for a Copywriter to join our marketing team in our vibrant office near Dublin 3. This is a great opportunity to work in a busy, fast-paced environment with a team of 7 professionals. Role Overview: As a Copywriter, you will report to the Senior Marketing Manager. Your main task will be to make complex Employment Law and Health & Safety topics easy to understand and engaging for our audience. You will create content for digital and print platforms, helping with client communications, campaigns, and business development. Day-to-Day Responsibilities: Write engaging content for various channels, including website copy, ads, guides, blog articles, PR content, video scripts, social media posts, newsletters, emails, app content, case studies, marketing materials, and event materials. Maintain a consistent style and tone across all content. Interpret employment and health & safety laws to create clear and useful content. Deliver high-quality copy on time and according to briefs. Use technical content from across the business to ensure relevance and engagement. Improve customer acquisition, retention, and lifetime value through effective messaging. Work with the SEO team to follow best practices for search engine optimization. Collaborate with the PR team to prepare comments and media briefs. Help plan content strategy and calendars with the marketing team. Monitor competitors, customer behaviour, and trends to improve your writing. Essential Criteria: At least 3 years of professional copywriting experience, ideally in a newsroom environment. Excellent verbal and written English with strong attention to detail. Must have Irish Language Leaving Certificate Good understanding of content marketing and SEO. Ability to write content that engages the target audience. Proven track record of creating effective content from start to finish. Creative writing skills and a passion for generating new ideas. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple tasks. Portfolio showing examples of your effective copywriting. Ability to research, write, edit, and proofread your own copy and help others. This is a fully onsite role with great office perks and a supportive environment for professional growth.
