Key duties and responsibilities:
- Build long-term proactive relationships with customers
- Improve renewal rates and grow business/sales
- Regular client meetings and follow-up
- Identify growth opportunities with existing clients
- Provide proactive advice and consultation to customers and/or drivers
- Make car policy and cost-saving recommendations to customers
- Ensure quotations are supplied with maximum accuracy and efficiency
- Manage customer reporting using company standard reports and templates
- Process administration tasks and other driver-related tasks
- Assist with new business implementations
- Work closely with the Finance Department regarding credit approvals, invoice queries, and debtor management
