Job Description
My client is seeking a skilled account manager to join their team, providing exceptional customer service and fleet management consultation to clients in the motor industry.
- Provide front line support, including dealing with clients and drivers, prospect visits, presentations and attending meetings.
- Build long term proactive relationships with customers by building customer trust and confidence.
- Identify growth opportunities with existing clients and provide proactive advice and consultation.
- Manage customer reporting, quotations, orders and enquiries efficiently.
- Process administration tasks and other driver related tasks.
Requirements
- Motor/Fleet industry experience a distinct advantage.
- Meticulous, paying a high level of attention to detail.
- Creative thinker with ability to identify and implement improvements.
- Computer literate with an excellent knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint.
- Ability to see issues through to completion and work to deadlines.
- Ability to think, act and make decisions under pressure.
- Clear organisation and prioritisation of daily tasks.
