My client is seeking a skilled account manager to join their team, providing exceptional customer service and fleet management consultation to clients in the motor industry.

  • Provide front line support, including dealing with clients and drivers, prospect visits, presentations and attending meetings.
  • Build long term proactive relationships with customers by building customer trust and confidence.
  • Identify growth opportunities with existing clients and provide proactive advice and consultation.
  • Manage customer reporting, quotations, orders and enquiries efficiently.
  • Process administration tasks and other driver related tasks.

Requirements

  • Motor/Fleet industry experience a distinct advantage.
  • Meticulous, paying a high level of attention to detail.
  • Creative thinker with ability to identify and implement improvements.
  • Computer literate with an excellent knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint.
  • Ability to see issues through to completion and work to deadlines.
  • Ability to think, act and make decisions under pressure.
  • Clear organisation and prioritisation of daily tasks.
