Director of Corporate Affairs & Communications FMCG Multinational (West Dublin) Salary Range:€120-130k plus 25% bonus and excellent package Job Description: Our client, a leading FMCG multinational based in West Dublin, is looking for a strategic and dynamic Director of Corporate Affairs & Communications (CA&C) to shape and drive the company's communication and stakeholder engagement efforts in Ireland. This pivotal role involves crafting and executing a robust CA&C strategy that supports the companys commercial objectives while navigating key regulatory and industry issues. For more information please contact Jane Ryan on above GHL number. Key Responsibilities: Lead the development of the CA&C strategy, ensuring it aligns with business goals and market dynamics. Build and maintain relationships with government bodies, focusing on regulatory challenges and opportunities in areas like taxation and product restrictions. Monitor and analyse political and legislative changes, offering strategic advice on potential business impacts. Strengthen the companys public image and reputation as a respected leader in its sector. Develop a comprehensive internal communications program to engage employees and drive alignment with the company's vision. Oversee community investment initiatives, ensuring they meet corporate guidelines and contribute positively to the company's local presence. Who You Are: You hold a university degree or MBA, with a strong understanding of business strategy. You bring at least 5 years of leadership experience in Corporate Affairs within a global business environment. You come from a highly regulated environment, such as Pharma. You have a deep understanding of government relations, particularly around regulatory issues. Youre a strategic thinker and a relationship-builder, with exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills. You excel under pressure, balancing multiple priorities while maintaining high standards.
