This pivotal role involves crafting and executing a robust CA&C strategy that supports the companys commercial objectives while navigating key regulatory and industry issues. Build and maintain relationships with government bodies, focusing on regulatory challenges and opportunities in areas like taxation and product restrictions. Monitor and analyse political and legislative changes, offering strategic advice on potential business impacts. Strengthen the companys public image and reputation as a respected leader in its sector. Develop a comprehensive internal communications program to engage employees and drive alignment with the company's vision. Oversee community investment initiatives, ensuring they meet corporate guidelines and contribute positively to the company's local presence. Who You Are: You hold a university degree or MBA, with a strong understanding of business strategy. You bring at least 5 years of leadership experience in Corporate Affairs within a global business environment. You come from a highly regulated environment, such as Pharma. You have a deep understanding of government relations, particularly around regulatory issues. Youre a strategic thinker and a relationship-builder, with exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills. You excel under pressure, balancing multiple priorities while maintaining high standards.
