Corporate & Commercial Solicitor Dublin
Link Personnel Services is delighted to present a Corporate & Commercial Solicitor Vacancy in our Client's Dublin Office. Our Client, a leading Irish company headquartered in Cork, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Solicitor to join their team.
The Corporate and Commercial team is a highly regarded group of transactional and commercial contract lawyers spread across our offices in Cork, Dublin, and Galway. They have diverse skill sets and levels of experience and share a passion for delivering workable commercial solutions to the legal issues faced by their clients.
The team takes pride in what they do for their clients and enjoys leveraging their team dynamic to achieve this. They work closely with other specialist units within the firm to offer coordinated legal advice on areas such as tax, employment, commercial property, and regulatory matters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Acting for a broad mix of Irish, international, private and public sector clients, advising on all areas of corporate and commercial law including mergers and acquisitions, private equity and venture capital transactions, corporate governance, corporate reorganisations, and joint ventures.
- Working closely with other specialist units within the firm to offer coordinated legal advice on areas such as tax, employment, commercial property, and regulatory matters.
- Managing components of transactions independently, with specific experience in a broad range of corporate and transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions.
- Managing internal and external client relationships, with a strong business sense and the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and ensure that deadlines are consistently met.
Requirements:
- Outstanding academic credentials, comparable law firm experience, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Be a qualified Solicitor (in Ireland or England and Wales), ideally with a minimum of 5 years relevant post qualification experience in a corporate and commercial team in a leading Irish or international corporate law firm.
- Experience working in teams and managing components of transactions independently, with specific experience in a broad range of corporate and transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and ensure that deadlines are consistently met.
