Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed valuations and assess financial impact of deals.
- Develop financial planning models for strategic planning.
- Support finance and valuation teams, liaise with third-party advisors, and review investment proposals.
Requirements:
- Qualified Accountant with 0-2 years' post-qualified experience.
- Experience in corporate finance or transaction services is an advantage.
- Strong financial and analytical skills, with previous financial modelling and valuations experience beneficial.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
