Job Description

Unique opportunity for a Corporate Finance professional to join a high-performing team within a Renewables Tech company in Dublin (Hybrid working).

THE ROLE:

Corporate Finance and Valuations:

1. Prepare detailed valuations and support with the assessment of the financial impact of various deals.

Strategic Planning:

1. Financial planning models as part of the strategic planning process.
2. Develop projects and provide support for scenario analysis.

Mergers & Acquisitions:

1. Support finance and valuation-related teams.
2. Liaise with third party advisors on both buy-side and sell-side transactions.
3. Review investment proposal opportunities.
4. Prepare briefing papers, proposals and strategy presentations for the leadership team.

THE PERSON:

1. Qualified Accountant with 0-2 years' post-qualified experience.
2. Experience in corporate finance or transaction services is an advantage.
3. Strong financial and analytical skills.
4. Previous financial modelling and valuations experience would be an advantage.
5. Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work within a fast-paced environment.
