Job Description
Xeinadin Group is seeking a Corporate Finance Executive to join its Irish team, providing corporate finance and strategy advisory services to clients across various sectors.
Xeinadin Group is a leading business advisory and accountancy firm with a presence in the UK and Ireland, offering a range of services to small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs).
Key Responsibilities:
- Undertake research on potential purchasers and other businesses.
- Assist with preparing detailed forecasts and business plans.
- Attend meetings with team members, liaising with potential funders, clients, and business owners.
- Attend business development and networking meetings or events.
- Review businesses for sale and match to clients who may be interested.
- Research for multiples/PE ratios for valuations and in the early stage of disposals, with a view to developing businesses for disposal/MBO process.
- Preparation of valuation reports.
Requirements:
- ACCA or ACA qualified, or other relevant qualification coupled with 1-2 years experience in a corporate finance team.
- Confident in front of clients and others more senior than you and not afraid to challenge where necessary.
- Relentless in problem solving, providing solutions in a timely and thorough manner.
- Able to juggle a number of jobs whilst demonstrating excellent time management skills to ensure all deadlines and expectations are met.
