Position: Corporate Finance Manager As a Corporate Finance Manager, you will oversee the completion of various corporate finance engagements and projects. These include M&A transaction support (both buy-side and sell-side), debt advisory, corporate structuring, and business valuations. Responsibilities: Manage Corporate Finance Engagements: Oversee the completion of corporate finance projects, ensuring high-quality client service. Lead Project Teams: Manage and direct teams of newly qualified and part-qualified professionals, ensuring efficient workflow and timely delivery. Financial Analysis: Prepare and review detailed financial analyses of trading businesses across multiple industries. Client Reporting: Provide comprehensive reports and outputs for clients. Client Meetings: Attend and present at client meetings, acting as the primary contact for clients and counterparties. Transaction Negotiation: Participate in transaction and contract negotiations, offering proactive advice to clients and Partners. Mentoring: Supervise and mentor junior staff daily, providing on-the-job training and leading performance management initiatives. Financial Management: Proactively manage Work in Progress (WIP) and Debtor Ledger in line with the firm's policies. Compliance: Ensure full compliance with the firms policies, procedures, and regulations by understanding the authority levels of all relevant stakeholders. Business Development: Work alongside Partners to originate new business opportunities, develop client portfolios, and manage relationships with key intermediaries. Qualifications & Skills: ACA, ACCA, or equivalent professional qualification (0-5 years PQE). Ideally, experience in a corporate finance role within either practice or industry. Outstanding candidates with an audit background will also be considered. High proficiency in financial modelling and analysis. Commercial acumen with a strong analytical mindset. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proven project management experience. Expertise in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint. Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects simultaneously.
