Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute Corporate Finance engagements, ensuring projects are delivered on time and to the highest standards.
- Analyze financial data, create detailed models, and provide actionable insights to clients.
- Mentor junior trainees and share knowledge to develop future leaders.
- Build strong relationships with clients and colleagues, fostering collaboration and ensuring seamless project delivery.
- Continuously develop skills in Practice Management and Client Relationship, staying up-to-date with industry trends.
Requirements:
- Qualified Accountant: ACA, ACCA, or equivalent.
- Corporate Finance experience in a professional practice environment, ideally in Corporate Finance.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to analyze and interpret complex data.
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks and projects with ease.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
