The Corporate Finance team provides a comprehensive suite of services, including M&A advisory, debt advisory, business valuations, and strategic support. You'll have the opportunity to work on a diverse range of projects for clients across various sectors, from SMEs to large international corporations. Key Responsibilities: Lead and execute Corporate Finance engagements,ensuring projects are delivered on time and to the highest standards. Analyze financial data,create detailed models,and provide actionable insights to clients. Mentor junior trainees and share your knowledge to develop future leaders. Build strong relationships with clients and colleagues,fostering collaboration and ensuring seamless project delivery. Continuously develop your skills in Practice Management and Client Relationship,staying up-to-date with industry trends. What We're Looking For: Qualified Accountant:ACA,ACCA,or equivalent. Corporate Finance Pro:Experience in a professional practice environment,ideally in Corporate Finance. Analytical Mindset:Strong commercial acumen with the ability to analyze and interpret complex data. Project Management Guru:Ability to juggle multiple tasks and projects with ease.
