Job Description With a significant focus on the Irish residential development/finance sector, our client, a strategic investor in the sector is seeking to recruit a Corporate Finance Specialist with a background in the Irish real estate finance/development sector. Responsibilities will include: Review and analysis of investment/funding proposals Delivery of market expertise to key stakeholders Analysis of specific projects, from a commercial and financial perspective (development, disposal/acquisition/JV, etc) Ongoing portfolio oversight Requirements for this Role A minimum of 5 years experience in the Irish property sector (residential development focused) Excellent commercial and financial acumen Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills A professional qualification (accountant/CFA) is desirable About Our Client A strategic investor in the residential sector in Ireland.
