Corporate Governance Lawyer - Dublin An excellent opportunity has arisen for corporate governance lawyer to join a leading law firm in Dublin. This position will suit an experienced corporate lawyer who is interested in gaining more work life balance while continuing to work with on interesting and varied corporate matters. The Role The team advise both domestic and international clients on corporate restructuring projects, company law and corporate governance matters. Key Responsibilities Corporate Law Advice: Deliver expert advice on various aspects of company law, such as board and shareholder matters, capital structure, financial assistance, and director-related transactions. Governance Solutions: Collaborate with clients to develop and implement governance frameworks that align with their business objectives. Restructuring Projects: Assist in the planning and execution of corporate reorganizations, advising on legal steps, and ensuring compliance with company law requirements. Project Coordination: Oversee the management of reorganization initiatives, including preparation of legal documentation, managing timelines, and liaising with internal teams, including tax specialists. The Person Qualified solicitor with 4+ years PQE in corporate law Excellent drafting and communication skills Proven ability to manage transactions and projects effectively.
