The Bingo platform is a distributed system serving thousands of concurrent users with a lot of technical challenges. Broadway is looking for an experienced & hands-on System Administrator that will assist us to build and maintain our corporate infrastructure based on the cloud. This is a technical role, so it will require proven hands-on experience, alongside the ability to communicate, mange, deliver, and support the solutions being developed by the teams, drawing on a wide range of skills covering Cloud technologies and infrastructure operations. We are offering this unique role of IT lead and System Administrator to manage the corporate infrastructure and be responsible for executing all projects and operations within the group. This role will include managing the Helpdesk team and its daily activities. When joining us, you will enjoy a hybrid work model, combining in-office work with remote work (work from home) during the week. The corporate infrastructure will serve our worldwide sites in Israel, Ireland, Ukraine, Romania and India. Responsibilities You will build and maintain the corporate infrastructure which among other things includes networking, corporate servers, Azure Active Directory, endpoint deployment, cloud-based services, etc. Have strong technical skills, and deeply understand internal processes. Manage the Helpdesk team in efficient way to provide the best service for the company. Implement new technologies and solutions according to the company's needs. Work closely with other teams, senior managers and individuals to lead projects and provide high-quality technical solutions to complicated problems, friendly service, and a good user experience. Requirements 5+ years’ experience in system, network, and security administrator positions. 2+ years management experience in leading helpdesk team. Experience in managing servers and clients in multi-OS environments - Windows, Mac, and Linux. Experience with Azure Active Directory and Microsoft O365 suite. Experience with operating systems and software deployment solutions such as Intune or similar. Experience with SaaS services such as Confluence, Jira, etc... Proven ability to examine and implement new technologies. Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, and Azure. Good knowledge of office tools and automation by scripting. Hands-on experience in networking - installing and maintaining switches, firewalls, and Wi-Fi equipment. A broad range of experience in security solutions in authentication, authorization, and networking solutions. Creativity, initiative, and self-learning. Proven ability to prioritize tasks in a multi-tasking mode. Very good troubleshooting skills. Ability to communicate effectively in English - verbal, face-to-face, visual, written, and through workshops/presentations. Ability to work closely with senior team management.
