Our client, a top 5 Irish law firm, seeks to hire an ambitious M&A Solicitor with 2-5 years PQE to its market leading team in Dublin. The team is led by some of the top M&A partners in Dublin and advises on Ireland's most complex and high-profile deals. This is an exciting opportunity for a talented M&A solicitor to contribute to innovative, large-scale transactions and develop their careers within a top-tier Irish firm. Key Responsibilities Advise on public and private mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, migrations, and corporate reorganisations. Act on complex private equity transactions, representing Irish and international sponsors, lenders, and management teams. Provide counsel on corporate governance matters and support clients through every stage of the company lifecycle. Collaborate with cross-functional teams on multi-disciplinary, high-value transactions. Innovate and drive new structures for corporate transactions in line with client needs. Candidate Profile Solicitor qualified in Ireland, the UK, or in another Common Law jurisdiction with 2-5 years post-qualification experience in Corporate M&A. Strong experience in advising on M&A transactions, private equity deals, and corporate reorganisations. Excellent drafting, negotiation, and client management skills. Ability to manage complex, high-value transactions and deliver practical solutions under tight deadlines. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a high-performance team.
