Job Description: Corporate Restructuring Accountant Location: Dublin Type: Permanent Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement financial strategies for corporate restructuring initiatives. - Analyze financial data to identify areas for cost reduction and efficiency improvement. - Assist in the preparation of restructuring plans, including financial forecasts and budgets. - Work closely with senior management to execute restructuring projects. - Conduct due diligence and financial assessments for mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures. - Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and standards. Requirements: - ACCA or ACA qualification. - Proven experience in corporate restructuring. - Strong analytical and financial modeling skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. - Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Preferred Skills: - Experience in the financial services or consulting industry. - Familiarity with Irish corporate laws and regulations. - Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems.
