Job Description

Dunnes Stores is Ireland's largest retailer providing fashion, food and homewares for our loyal customers. We operate over 138 stores across Ireland, Northern Ireland, and Spain, as well as a growing online store. Our guiding principle is to deliver good quality products at competitive prices and we are constantly developing our product offerings. Corporate Sales department is responsible for managing all external corporate sales for Dunnes Stores. This covered management of the gift card programme for B2B and B2C customers. The desired candidate must be organised, meticulous and have the ability to work independently and to tight deadlines with excellent attention to detail. The successful candidate will work closely with Senior Management in the division as well as a number of different in-house departments to ensure the smooth and effective delivery of all administrative duties for the corporate sales department. Previous experience in administration, sales or customer engagement with a high level of proficiency in Excel is essential, while experience in dealing with high value corporate customers in retail or hospitality is preferable. Key Responsibilities (Not Exhaustive): Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work with cross functional teams. Ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment. To assist and deliver on all administrative requirements for the department and support the Management team in Head Office. Updating and maintaining accurate master order data entry, including sales and reconciliation, new account management. To accurately manage and control all files and systems relating to the Corporate Sales Department. Ad-hoc tasks / reports when required. Managing customer phone calls/email order and requests. Supporting any store gift card or support requests via phone or email. Preparing daily and weekly sales reports as requested. Requirements: Minimum 1 years' experience in an administration/data/customer service role. Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to work well with colleagues in the Department as well as stores. Proficient with MS Office, with particular focus on Excel and excellent numerical ability. Organised, with excellent attention to detail and thorough delivery. Ability to think creatively and generate solutions in a timely manner. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work with high value corporate customers.
