Overview: Our client is a well-renowned and long-established player in the hospitality industry. Based in South Dublin, they are seeking a motivated and results-driven Corporate Sales Executive to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating sales and establishing relationships with corporate clients and tour companies looking to host events at our venue. This role will require a strategic approach to identify new business opportunities, showcase our offerings, and close deals that contribute to our growth. Salary: €40,000-€50,000 plus commission *Please note, Founders Board is acting as a third-party in this recruitment process on behalf of our client* Responsibilities: Identify and develop new business opportunities in the corporate sector and tour companies for hosting parties, events, and client engagements. Conduct presentations and site visits to showcase the venue’s features, services, and amenities to potential clients. Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, event planners, and tour operators to foster repeat business and referrals. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns targeted at corporate clients and tour companies. Attend networking events, trade shows, and industry conferences to promote the venue and expand professional network. Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to maximize revenue while ensuring customer satisfaction. Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for business growth and adjust strategies accordingly. Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to management, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement. Requirements: Minimum of 3 years of experience in hotel, hospitality, catering, event sales, or similar, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage and negotiate with diverse clients. Self-motivated with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing sales opportunities. Must have reliable transportation to travel to client meetings, events, and site visits.
