Corporate Solicitor sought for Venture Capital and Private Equity role in Dublin, Ireland.
Hunter Savage is partnering with a boutique specialist law firm in Dublin to find a dynamic Corporate Solicitor with a focus on Venture Capital and Private Equity.

Responsibilities:
- Advise clients on Venture Capital and Private Equity transactions
- Manage a diverse caseload involving all aspects of corporate law
- Conduct due diligence and draft legal documents
- Negotiate and structure investment deals
- Provide strategic legal advice to clients throughout the business lifecycle
- Liaise with clients, investors, and other stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
Requirements:
- Qualified Solicitor with 3-8 years' PQE in Corporate Law in Ireland
- Proven experience in Venture Capital and Private Equity work
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and client management skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach
