Job Description

Job Title: Corporate Strategy Analyst Location: Dublin City 2 Days Per Week in the Office + Competitive Base Salary + Benefits Package Our client, a leading Life Insurance Group, is currently seeking an experienced Strategic Business Analyst to join their growing team based in Dublin City. Reporting to the Head of Strategic Programmes, this role will play a pivotal part in turning strategic insights into impactful decisions that shape the future of the organisation at its highest levels. The ideal candidate for this role will have a combination of strong project management expertise, sharp analytical abilities, and excellent communication skills. Your Role: Help create and structure strategies across the organisation. Take on responsibility for conducting primary research on topics of strategic importance to the company. Own the reporting of strategy programs to senior leadership, which includes gathering input from various business areas and addressing key strategic and business questions. Synthesise existing strategic research into actionable insights for management. Enhancing senior leadership's understanding of key external and internal trends that impact business performance and strategy. Taking full end to end responsibility for the delivery of projects, including management of project budgets and deliverables. Stakeholder management, including at a senior level and with certain external partners. Providing external perspectives and support to business units in tackling strategic and business challenges. Your Skills: Minimum 3 years corporate strategy or management consulting experience. Demonstrated ability to manage multidisciplinary projects across various system platforms. Strong influencing skills, with the ability to persuade and guide stakeholders, build consensus, and drive decision-making in complex environments. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Strong organisational abilities with the capacity to prioritise multiple tasks within tight deadlines and to coordinate cross-team collaboration.
