Manage a portfolio of complex corporate clients, primarily international businesses, providing clear, value-driven tax advice on diverse technical issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of complex corporate clients, primarily international businesses.
- Provide clear, value-driven tax advice on diverse technical issues.
- Lead advisory projects including M&A, due diligence, IP planning, and reorganisations.
- Collaborate on business development and market outreach activities.
- Work with their member firms on cross-border projects.
- Mentor and train staff, contributing to the team's growth.
Minimum Requirements:
- ITI and ACA/ACCA qualified.
- Proven experience in managing a corporate tax portfolio and business development.
- Strong technical expertise in corporate tax.
- Excellent client management, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
