Minimum requirements are ITI and ACA/ACCA qualifications, proven experience in corporate tax, and excellent client management and leadership skills.
- Manage a portfolio of complex corporate clients, primarily international businesses
- Provide clear, value-driven tax advice on diverse technical issues
- Lead advisory projects including M&A, due diligence, IP planning, and reorganisations
- Collaborate on business development and market outreach activities
- Work with their member firms on cross-border projects
- Mentor and train staff, contributing to the team's growth
