They have an exciting opportunity for a Corporate Tax Director to become a leader in their expanding corporate tax business, with a clear path to partnership. You'll work with a diverse portfolio of clients, particularly in sectors like Technology, Life Sciences, Media, and Manufacturing, advising on complex Irish and international tax matters. With offices based in Dublin 6, they are operating with a hybrid working model and are offering a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package. Key Responsibilities: Manage a portfolio of complex corporate clients, primarily international businesses. Provide clear, value-driven tax advice on diverse technical issues. Lead advisory projects including M&A, due diligence, IP planning, and reorganisations. Collaborate on business development and market outreach activities. Work with their member firms on cross-border projects. Mentor and train staff, contributing to the team's growth. Minimum Requirements: ITI and ACA/ACCA qualified. Proven experience in managing a corporate tax portfolio and business development. Strong technical expertise in corporate tax. Excellent client management, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
